Life

Quiet stuff I carry with me.

Music

Calm, simple sound

I prefer light, peaceful music. My default is quiet, simple sound — not because I dislike energy, but because the world outside is already noisy enough. Calm music works better when I code, write, or wind down.

Reading

Rebuilding the habit

I'm still trying to make reading a normal habit. I don't chase genres, lists, or completion. One rule shows up a lot in my thinking: avoid digital distractions, and wherever possible, read something physical instead.

Books

Paper over screens

I like physical books more than digital ones. The quiet is the point. A few pages is enough. A boring page that makes me sleepy is also fine. Habit matters more than speed, and finishing is optional.

Health

Genuine, not performative

I care more about staying healthy than showing I am healthy. I also think it is okay to decide even when you are not fully sure. What matters is whether you learn from the result and adjust.

Learning

Build, then teach

I don't write advice to sound certain. I write from what actually changes how I build, decide, or recover. Calm, structure, repetition, and honest correction are the ones that keep showing up.
